Janine Elise Scott is ready to take the country music scene by storm. Her highly anticipated compilation album was released in her hometown of Reno, Nevada on July 24, 2005. Consisting of fourteen tracks, "Out of the Blue" takes the listener through a whirlwind of country originals and favorites to an amazing finish of opera tunes. Janine's songwriting style is innovative and stylish, revealing both her spiritual side as well as a new twist on the topic of relationships. Janine Elise Scott has been studying music since age 7 - from violin to piano to cello. Her continued love of music inspired her to pursue her passion for singing, and in 2003 she earned her Bachelor of Music in Classical Vocal Performance from the University of Nevada, Reno. Janine is currently residing in Sarasota, Florida and performs as a solo act featuring live voice and cello in genres including jazz, standards, broadway, classical, and contemporary. She also continues to perform special events with the EZ Street Band throughout southwest Florida. Janine is also planning several trips to Nashville before year's end to attend and perform in various country showcases and songwriting forums in the heart of Music Row. She is actively pursuing major sponsorship for her development as a songwriter and solo country recording artist.
